While it has its own disadvantages, EEVEE is one great engine in terms of render speed. Compared to cycles which takes ages to render a 10 second clip, EEVEE has been a great engine, rendering in a couple of minutes. It also offers some very important utilities and tools which can make the scene look realistic.
